• Minimum Age: 18+ years (23+ for specialized security roles, such as School Safety Officers).
• Language Skills: Fluent in English; bilingual English-Spanish is advantageous.
• Driver’s License: Valid Arizona Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Residency Status: Legal U.S. residency or citizenship.
• Security Guard License: Active, valid Arizona DPS Security Guard License in good standing.
• Physical Fitness: Must pass pre-employment drug screening and physical fitness evaluation.
• Ongoing Fitness Commitment: Participation in biannual fitness assessments.
